BSA has set in place an Interjurisdictional Pretreatment Agreement with all contributing municipalities to perform complete program oversight of commercial and industrial facilities. BSA issues permits, conducts inspections, performs wastewater sampling, and works with our businesses to maintain compliance in the most cooperative and cost effective manner. BSA’s Industrial Pretreatment Program must conform to regulations enforced by the EPA, and is subject to regular EPA audits. BSA has received high scores from EPA for the administration of our program. BSA also provides free annual compliance training to all commercial & industrial users.
